K5 patches are supplied in Standard MIDI file format because of its hand-shaking protocol. The rest are raw System Exclusive data that you can access using any software that handles Sys Ex messages. If you have a GMEGA LX, there are four files of Sys Ex templates to help you in programming and using it.
